The members of BackTraX band sadly announce the passing of our beloved drummer Sherri Anderson January 27th, 2009. Sherri joined BackTraX as our drummer in 2003. She made the stage radiant. We will miss her and always remember the great camaraderie and spirit Sherri brought to the band.
BackTraX Band will continue to perform in 2009 with experienced friends filling in on drums.

Sherri served as drummer for BackTrax from 2003 until she passed away in early 2009. She was special. In performance, rehearsal and personal friendships with each of us. Sherri brought a quality that is rarely found. She drove the music with ferocity and drove the band with an attitude of lightness and fun. She will always be with us in spirit and will always love and miss her.
BackTraX is a six piece band hailing from Roswell and Marietta, Georgia that has taken classic hits from the past and, while staying true to the original song stylings, have created a unique sound that is all their own. Performing at corporate events, weddings and various other functions throughout Georgia, they have become a force to be reckoned with as few groups can match the great harmony blends, tight musical interaction and the warm, vibrant stage presence that is truly the essence of BackTraX ...This band has a lot of fun when they perform and the fun always rubs off on their audiences.
